    Teaching supervision is one of the important measures to enhance the training quality of higher vocational talents and promote its connotation development.The paper takes Shanwei Vocational College as an example to analyze the deficiencies of current vocational teaching supervision in developing areas of Guangdong,and then puts forward strategies of the optimization of teaching supervision.
