随着民办高校教育改革不断深入，以及近些年愈发激烈的“生源竞争”，各大民办高校正在加快内涵建设的步伐。“科研”已在民办高校被提升到了前所未有的高度，如何发挥工会在科研工作中的作用是当今民办高校工会工作的重点之一，本文从民办高校科研工作的现状、工会发挥的作用认识和采取的措施和方法三方面进行论述，力求工会在科研工作方面发挥积极的作用。

Nowadays with the deepening of education reform and the intensification of competition of student source among them,all the private higher universities are quickening their pace of connotative construction.Meanwhile,scientific research has been given unprecedented attention in those schools.So how to let the labor unions play an important role in scientific re-search in those schools has become one of the key emphases in work for those unions.This thesis elaborates the current situation of scientific research in those private institutions,the awareness of the role of the unions in scientific research and the measures they take with the purpose of helping the unions to play a constructive role in scientific research in those schools in the future.
