目的：探讨肛瘘合并混合痔同期手术的可行性。方法回顾性分析某院自2008年～2013年对62例肛瘘合并混合痔患者同期行手术治疗，并随机抽取单行肛瘘手术62例患者，两组作比较观察。结果在手术时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间及疼痛方面两组均无统计学差异，均痊愈出院，随访2～12个月，均无肛瘘复发，痔回缩满意。结论肛瘘合并混合痔同期手术是安全可行的，具有疗效高，并发症少，复发率低等优点。

목적：탐토항루합병혼합치동기수술적가행성。방법회고성분석모원자2008년～2013년대62례항루합병혼합치환자동기행수술치료，병수궤추취단행항루수술62례환자，량조작비교관찰。결과재수술시간、주원시간、창면유합시간급동통방면량조균무통계학차이，균전유출원，수방2～12개월，균무항루복발，치회축만의。결론항루합병혼합치동기수술시안전가행적，구유료효고，병발증소，복발솔저등우점。
Purpose:The feasibility study report of the corresponding operation in adult with anal fistula and hemorrhoid.Methods Analysis the research group which do the corresponding operation(62 patients with fistula and hemorrhoid) and the control group which do the thread-drawing operation only(62 patients with fistula).The period is from 2008 to 2013.Results There is no significant difference between the two groups in operation peroid,in-patient period,wound healing period and the pain index.Conclusion:The corresponding operation in adult with anal fistula and hemorrhoid is feasible and safe,with the advantages of high curative effects,low complications and low recurrence etc.
