对复合式径向功率合成超声振动系统进行了研究。该系统由纵向超声换能器与等厚度狭缝式环形聚能器径向耦合而成。基于弹性力学理论及机电类比原理,推导出狭缝式环形聚能器径向振动等效电路及共振频率方程,并得出其径向位移振幅放大系数表达式,给出了其第1、第2阶径向共振频率与半径比的变化关系。理论与有限元结果表明:狭缝式环形聚能器的位移振幅放大系数在其第2阶共振模式下存在1个极大值。对超声功率合成振动系统的共振频率进行测试,结果表明,理论、仿真及实验结果吻合较好。
對複閤式徑嚮功率閤成超聲振動繫統進行瞭研究。該繫統由縱嚮超聲換能器與等厚度狹縫式環形聚能器徑嚮耦閤而成。基于彈性力學理論及機電類比原理,推導齣狹縫式環形聚能器徑嚮振動等效電路及共振頻率方程,併得齣其徑嚮位移振幅放大繫數錶達式,給齣瞭其第1、第2階徑嚮共振頻率與半徑比的變化關繫。理論與有限元結果錶明:狹縫式環形聚能器的位移振幅放大繫數在其第2階共振模式下存在1箇極大值。對超聲功率閤成振動繫統的共振頻率進行測試,結果錶明,理論、倣真及實驗結果吻閤較好。

A new type of longitudinal-radial coupling research of synthetic power ultrasonic vibration system was studied. The system consisted of longitudinal ultrasonic transducer and an equal thickness slotting circular concentrator which were combined in the radial direction. Based on the theory of elastic mechanics and the e-lectromechanical analogy, the radial vibration equivalent circuit and the frequency equation of the circular con-centrator were derived. The radial amplitude magnification of the ring was given. The relationship between the radial resonance frequency and radius ratio of the first order and second order was analyzed. The theoretical and Finite Element Method( FEM) simulation results showed that the amplitude magnification reached a maxi-mum at a definite radius ratio of the slotting circular concentrator. By testing the frequencies of synthetic power ultrasonic vibration system, it was showed that the theoretical resonance frequencies were in good agreement with the measured results and FEM results.
