目的：探讨疼痛护理干预对于眼外伤患者的影响情况。方法分析120例眼外伤患者的临床资料,随机分组,常规护理组(30例)和疼痛护理干预组(90例)。比较两组护理效果。结果疼痛护理干预组眼外伤患者疼痛评分、血压和心率均优于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(t=19.06,7.25,12.06, P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理干预在眼外伤患者中应用后,可以明显降低患者的疼痛敏感度,利于手术治疗和预后恢复,值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토동통호리간예대우안외상환자적영향정황。방법분석120례안외상환자적림상자료,수궤분조,상규호리조(30례)화동통호리간예조(90례)。비교량조호리효과。결과동통호리간예조안외상환자동통평분、혈압화심솔균우우상규호리조,차이균유통계학의의(t=19.06,7.25,12.06, P<0.05)。결론동통호리간예재안외상환자중응용후,가이명현강저환자적동통민감도,리우수술치료화예후회복,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the influence of pain nursing intervention on ocular trauma patients. Methods The clinical data of 120 ocular trauma patients were analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into conventional nursing group (n=30) and pain nursing intervention group (n=90). Nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores of ocular trauma, blood pressure, and heart rate of the pain nursing intervention group were all better than the conventional nursing group, and the difference had statistical significance (t=19.06, 7.25, 12.06, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of pain nursing intervention in ocular trauma patients can obviously reduce their pain sensitivity, and it is helpful for operation treatment and prognosis recovery. It is worth clinical promotion and application.
