从物流实践教学研究现状入手，从实验体系建设、课程设计优化、学科竞赛和物流实训体系建设四个方面，搭建系统的研究型物流实践教学体系，并从健全管理制度、加强师资队伍建设和实训基地建设等方面建立实践教学的保障机制，确保实践教学的有序开展。

In this paper, starting from the current status of the researches on logistics practical teaching and from the aspects of experiment system construction, curricular design optimization, disciplinary competition and logistics practical system construction, we built the researched-based logistics practical teaching system and then built the corresponding support mechanism to ensure the orderly running of the practical teaching activities.
