目的：探讨社区卫生服务满意度多项指标的综合评价方法，为社区卫生服务绩效评价提供科学、实用的方法。方法以中部六省社区卫生服务体系建设重点联系城市阳泉、合肥、南昌、焦作、武汉、湘潭为研究对象，以全国社区卫生服务体系建设重点联系城市2011年常规监测报告数据为基础。满意度综合评价指标包括满意率和反应性两个方面共11个指标，分别为方便性（x1）、等候时间（x2）、就医环境（x3）、服务态度（x4）、尊重程度（x5）、设备设施（x6）、解释与交流（x7）、服务价格（x8）、药品价格（x9）、隐私保护（x10）、过度检查（x11）。借助粗糙集中的知识分类思想和指标约简原理从众多的指标中提取重要指标，并对提取出来的关键指标进行重要度计算、确定指标权重，综合评价社区卫生服务满意度，并结合多元统计方法中的聚类分析进行评价结果的可靠性检验。结果阳泉、合肥、南昌、焦作、武汉、湘潭的社区卫生服务满意度得分分别为0.15、0.18、0.13、0.20、0.20、0.15。聚类分析结果将6个城市分成3类，第1类为焦作、武汉；第2类为合肥、阳泉、湘潭；第3类为南昌。结论社区卫生服务满意度综合评价结果从高到低排序为：武汉、焦作、合肥、湘潭、阳泉、南昌。不同的指标在评价指标体系中的重要程度是不一样的，删除不重要的冗余指标对于精简和优化指标体系至关重要，通过属性重要度的计算客观地确定指标权重是综合评价工作的关键。

ObjeCtive To explore a new comprehensive method to evaluate the satisfaction degree and provide a scientific and practical method for community health service performance evaluation. Methods Based on the community health service routine surveillance report of 2011 from the key contact cities( Yangquan,Hefei,Nanchang,Jiaozuo,Wuhan, Xiangtan)in the national community health service system. The evaluation system included two aspects of satisfaction degree and responsiveness. There were 11 indicators in all:convenience(x1),waiting time(x2),hospital environment( x3),service attitude(x4),respect degree(x5),facilities(x6),explanation and communication(x7),service price(x8),medicine price(x9),privacy protection(x10)and excess check(x11). With the help of the knowledge classifaction idea and index reduction in the rough set theory,the key indicators were sorted out from the many indexes and were determined its weight,the satisfaction degree of which was evaluated comprehensively and was subjected to reliable test by clustering analysis method,one in the multivariate statistical methods. Results The satisfication degree scores of community health service in Yangquan,Hefei, Nanchang,Jiaozuo,Wuhan, Xiangtan were 0. 15,0. 18,0. 13,0. 20,0. 20 and 0. 15 respectively. Clustering analysis indicated that the six cities were classified into three categories with Jiaozuo and Wuhan as the first,Hefei,Xiangtan and Yangquan as the second,Nanzhang as the third. ConClusion The sequence of comprehension evaluation result from high to low is Wuhan,Jiaozuo,Hefei,Xiangtan,Yangquan and Nanchang. The importance of indexes is different in the evaluation system, so it is of vital significance to dispose of the redundant and minor indexes for the simplification and perfection. The key lies in the objective determination of the weight of each index by computing the attribute importance.
