对近年来国内外有关物流企业服务创新的文献进行了梳理，分析了国内外物流企业服务创新的研究现状，包括物流企业服务创新的驱动因素、服务创新的内容、服务创新的路径、服务创新的模式以及物流企业服务创新的实证研究等问题，最后对未来的研究进行了展望。

대근년래국내외유관물류기업복무창신적문헌진행료소리，분석료국내외물류기업복무창신적연구현상，포괄물류기업복무창신적구동인소、복무창신적내용、복무창신적로경、복무창신적모식이급물류기업복무창신적실증연구등문제，최후대미래적연구진행료전망。
In this paper, we went over the recent academic literature concerning the service innovation of logistics enterprises from around the world, then analyzed the current status of the service innovation of domestic and foreign logistics enterprises, and at the end, forecast the future researches in this respect.
