通过对树穴松土机钻头切削土壤时的受力分析,以及对扇形旋片的结构分析,在设计范围内选取旋片刃倾角分别为60°、55°、50°、45°进行仿真,得出结论为:扇形旋片发生应力集中和结构应变与其刃倾角有关,刃倾角为60°时的结构应变情况优于刃倾角为55°和50°的情况,且与刃倾角为45°时情况类似。考虑到自身强度等其他因素,扇形旋片刃倾角为45°时的切削性能优于刃倾角为60°时的切削性能。

With the stress analysis of plant pit scarifier drill and structure analysis of the fan shape rotary vane when it cutting soil, the cutting edge inclination of 60°,55°,50°,and 45° were selected respectively for simulating within the designing scope. The conclusion is that stress concentration and structural strain of the fan shape rotary vane were related to its cutting edge in-clination. The structural strain with a cutting edge inclination of 60° was better than 55° and 50°,which was similar with the cutting edge inclination of 45° . While in view of other factors such as strength,the cutting performance was better when the blade angle was 45°.
