目的：建立肠溶交泰胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。色谱柱：SHIMADZU VP-ODS 150 mm×4.6 mm；流动相：以乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(25∶75)；检测波长：345 nm；流速：1.0 ml/min；柱温：25℃。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.03012~0.6024μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,其回归方程为：Y=167557X+60945, R=0.9999。平均回收率为98.60%, RSD=1.51%。结论本方法操作简便,重现性好,精密度好,可以用来控制本制剂的质量。

Objective To establish a method for content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jiaotai enteric coated capsules. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied by chromatographic column as SHIMADZU VP-ODS 150 mm×4.6 mm with mobile phase as acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (25:75). The detection wavelength was 345nm with 1.0ml/min of flow rate and 25℃of column temperature. Results The berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear correlation within the concentration of 0.03012~0.6024μg, and its regress equation was Y=167557X+60945, R=0.9999. The average recovery rate was 98.60%, RSD=1.51%. Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple operation, good reproducibility and precision. It can be used for quality control of this preparation.
