目的：探讨高血压性心脏病患者的中医辨证治疗方法。方法对105例高血压性心脏病患者辨证治疗方法进行分析，评价治疗效果。结果经治疗显效36例，有效66例，无效3例，总有效率97.1%。结论中医药治疗高血压性心脏病有一定的优势，值得应用推广。

목적：탐토고혈압성심장병환자적중의변증치료방법。방법대105례고혈압성심장병환자변증치료방법진행분석，평개치료효과。결과경치료현효36례，유효66례，무효3례，총유효솔97.1%。결론중의약치료고혈압성심장병유일정적우세，치득응용추엄。
Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment of hypertensive heart disease patients. Methods The syndrome differentiation treatment for 105 hypertensive heart disease patients were analyzed, and the treatment effects were evaluated. Results After treatment, there were 36 cases with excellent effect, 66 effective cases, and 3 ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 97.1%. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine has a certain advantage in treating hypertensive heart disease, and is worthy of promotion and application.
