目的：了解药师对临床不合理用药医嘱实施药学干预的效果，旨在促进临床合理用药。方法回顾性抽取本院2013年7~12月病历300份作为非干预组，制定一系列干预措施后，选取2014年1~6月病历300份作为干预组，对两组患者临床不合理用药医嘱的情况进行对比分析。结果与干预前相比，不合理用药医嘱比例从1.43%降至0.72%，干预前、后相比，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药师对临床用药实施药学干预能够提高合理用药水平。
목적：료해약사대림상불합리용약의촉실시약학간예적효과，지재촉진림상합리용약。방법회고성추취본원2013년7~12월병력300빈작위비간예조，제정일계렬간예조시후，선취2014년1~6월병력300빈작위간예조，대량조환자림상불합리용약의촉적정황진행대비분석。결과여간예전상비，불합리용약의촉비례종1.43%강지0.72%，간예전、후상비，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론약사대림상용약실시약학간예능구제고합리용약수평。
Objective To understand the effect by pharmacist of pharmaceutical intervention in clinical irrational medication order, in order to promote clinical rational drug use. Methods Non-intervention group contained 300 medical records from July to December 2013 by retrospective selection. After formulating a series of intervention measures, a total of 300 medical records from January to June 2014 were selected as the intervention group. The situation of clinical irrational medication orders in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with that before intervention, the proportion of irrational medication order decreased from 1.43%to 0.72%after the intervention. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of pharmaceutical intervention by pharmacist can improve the level of rational drug use.
