针对水面舰艇底部结构设计双层底缩比试验模型;据冲击因子设定水下近场及接触爆炸工况,通过对试验结果分析,总结双层底结构在近场及接触爆炸载荷作用下的损伤模式;采用体积等效原理对试验模型裂纹处板厚变化分析,确定 Q235钢在双层底模型拉伸破坏模式中的断裂应变;为舰船抗爆抗冲击的理论及数值研究提供参考数据。

A double bottom's experiment model was designed based on the surface ship's bottom structure,under the simulated working conditions of underwater near-field and contact explosion according to corresponding impact factors. Then the damage modes of the double bottom structure were summarized through the analysis of experiments'results.The fracture tensile strain of the double bottom model made of steel Q235 was obtained by virtue of the principle of equivalent volume and by analyzing the change of crackle thickness in experimental model.The results provide the reference data for ship's anti-shock and anti-explosion's theoretical and numerical research.
