公安部发布了修订后的《公安机关人民警察训练条令》，对公安培训工作提出了新要求。面对公安培训工作存在问题，紧紧围绕“四项建设”，创新教育培训理念、创新培训训练形式、创新培训教官团队建设、创新培训激励机制和考试考核体系、创新教育培训实战成果转化就成为提高培训质量的必由之路。
公安部髮佈瞭脩訂後的《公安機關人民警察訓練條令》，對公安培訓工作提齣瞭新要求。麵對公安培訓工作存在問題，緊緊圍繞“四項建設”，創新教育培訓理唸、創新培訓訓練形式、創新培訓教官糰隊建設、創新培訓激勵機製和攷試攷覈體繫、創新教育培訓實戰成果轉化就成為提高培訓質量的必由之路。

The revised policemen training doctrine issued by Public Security Ministry proposes new requirements on police training. Faced with problems in public security training, and focused on “Four Buildings”,this article rethinks the only way to improve the quality of training by innovative education and training ideas, innovative training form, innovative team building of training instructors, innovative training and examination and assessment system of incentives,and innovative achievements into practical education and training.
