肾细胞癌是易发生转移的恶性肿瘤，肺部为最常受侵袭的部位，而转移至马尾神经的情况非常少见。早期常无确切临床症状和体征，当肿瘤生长累及周围神经可出现腰腿痛以及鞍区感觉、括约肌功能、性功能障碍为主的马尾神经综合征，需密切结合原发肿瘤病史和 MRI 等重要影像学检查，才能做出诊断。手术是治疗本病的主要手段，可较快缓解疼痛、改善患者神经功能障碍、提高生活质量。本文报道了1例肾透明细胞癌马尾神经转移患者，以加强临床对该病的认识。

Renal cell carcinoma is a kind of malignant tumor that is easy to transfer,and lung is the most common site invaded by the tumor. However,the metastasis to cauda equine is very rarely seen. There is no exact clinical signs and symptoms at early time,but when the tumor involves the peripheral nerve,it can induce lumbocrural pain and cauda equine syndromes, including saddle area dysfunction,sphincter dysfunction and sexual dysfunction. Medical history of the tumor and MRI imaging examination are needed in order to make a diagnosis. Surgery is the primary method of treating this disease,which can relieve pain,ameliorate neurological disorder and improve the quality of life. This paper reports a case of renal cell carcinoma that has metastasis to cauda equine,aiming to improve clinical understanding of the disease.
