目的:了解宁波市区学龄前儿童家长营养知信行( KAP )现状,为完善学龄前儿童营养教育模式和营养干预措施提供资料。方法采用整群抽样方法,选取宁波市老三区六所幼儿园800名家长,以自填式调查问卷的方式进行营养KAP现状调查。结果调查对象营养知识、态度、行为得分及格率分别为53.2%、89.6%、30.3%。家庭收入对家长营养KAP水平的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05),职业和学历对家长营养行为的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),家长的营养知、信、行三者之间相关性不强( P>0.05)。结论宁波市学龄前儿童家长营养知识水平较低,营养行为存在诸多不合理现象,应加强营养宣教,完善营养宣教模式。

Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice of nutrition among the parents of pre-school children and to provide the evidence for improving nutritional education and nutritional intervention.Methods 800 parents of pre-school children were chosen via cluster sampling from 6 kindergartens located in Ningbo City,and their knowledge,attitude and practice was acquired by questionnaire surveying.Results The parents with a qualified nutritional knowl-edge,attitude,and practice score accounted for 53.2%,89.6%and 30.3%, respectively.There was no statistic significance of household income on KAP of parents.Occupation and education background had no significant effects on parents′KAP of nutrition.The correlation of knowl-edge,attitude,and practice was weak.Conclusion The nutritional knowledge of parents was still insufficient, and some of the respondents had unhealthy diet behaviors.Therefore,we need to enhance nutritional eductai on, establish correct pattern of nutritional education.
