目的：探讨急性全髓细胞白血病的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析收治的1例急性全髓细胞白血病患者的临床特点、实验室检查及治疗经过。结果该患者经骨髓涂片、骨髓活检及免疫分析确诊为急性全髓细胞白血病，给予FLAG等方案化疗后获得完全缓解。结论结合该患者，复习了近15年国内外急性全髓细胞白血病患者的治疗及转归，含中大剂量阿糖胞苷的化疗可能有助于急性全髓细胞白血病的缓解，干细胞移植有助于延长生存。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatments of the acute panmyelosis (AP). Methods One case of the acute panmyelosis was retrospectively analyzed for its clinical characteristics, laboratory examinations and chemical therapies in our hospital. Results The patient was diagnosed as acute panmyelosis by the analysis of bone marrow smear, marrow biopsy and immune phenotype, and then obtained complete remission after FLAG regiments. Conclusion We investigated this patient and reviewed all cases in the literature in the past 15 years, and then concluded that patients with AP could benefit from the chemotherapies containing medium-high dose of cytarabine and stem cell transplantations.
