目的了解神经性厌食症( AN)患者的失匹配负波( MMN)和听P300的特征以及治疗对之影响。方法应用Bravo脑电生理仪,记录35例AN患者( AN组)和42名健康对照者( NC组)的MMN,同时记录听P300电位比较。对AN组,在治疗6周和24周时进行MMN和听P300随访。结果与NC组比较,AN组的MMN的潜伏期延迟和波幅降低(P均<0.05),患者的P300中靶潜伏期P3同时延迟(P<0.01)。 AN组经治疗24周后,MMN潜伏期恢复、波幅无改变。结论 AN患者存在MMN的潜伏期延长和波幅降低,支持AN患者存在认知功能损害。 MMN结合听P300可作为AN的临床应用辅助检测指标。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of mismatch negativity ( MMN) and auditory P300 in female patients with anorexia nervosa ( the AN group ) and observe the effects of treatment on the measures of MMN and P300. Methods MMN and P300 were recorded in 35 AN patients and 42 normal controls (the NC group) by Nicolet Brova instrument .Measurements of MMN and P 300 were carried in the AN group after 6 weeks and 24 weeks of treatment. Results Compared with that in the NC group , the AN group showed delayed MMN latency (P<0.05), decreased MMN amplitude (P<0.05), and delayed target P3 latency of P300 (P<0.01).After 24 weeks of treatment, the AN group had its MMN latency restored , but the MMN amplitude remained unchanged . Conclusion Anorexia nervosa patients have delayed MMN latency and decreased MMN amplitudes that indicate their cognitive impairment . Measurements of MMN and P 300 in patients with anorexia nervosa might be a useful auxiliary examination index .
