民国时期，南昌私立学校盛行，私立教育以及校风建设独树一帜。他们以教育兴国、教育强国的理念激励师生，倡导科学、民主、自由和包容的教育新风，强化训育管理，培养了大批德智体美劳全面发展的新式人才。本文通过探析民国时期南昌私立中学的校风建设，以期能对现代教育有所启示。
민국시기，남창사립학교성행，사립교육이급교풍건설독수일치。타문이교육흥국、교육강국적이념격려사생，창도과학、민주、자유화포용적교육신풍，강화훈육관리，배양료대비덕지체미로전면발전적신식인재。본문통과탐석민국시기남창사립중학적교풍건설，이기능대현대교육유소계시。
During the Republican period, private schools prevailed in Nanchang, of which the education style and school spirit construction were quite unique. Slogan like “Education revives a country” or ” Education strengthens a country” were used to stimulate teachers and students. They advocated science, democracy, freedom and inclusion in school, intensified discipline management. As a result, a batch of new talent that got comprehensive development of morality, intelligence and physique were cultivated. This paper aims at providing enlightenment to the modern private education through a study on the private school spirit construction of the Republican period in Nanchang.
