企业对人力资源管理人才的职业素质与核心技能的要求发生了很大变化,但是目前在培养专业性人才时,很多高校存在课程体系及课程内容结构不合理、专业教学模式不成熟、教师实践教学能力弱以及缺乏经验等问题,导致人力资源管理专业学生应用性不强,不能满足企业相应岗位的需求。高校应转变教师教学观念,改变教学管理方式,建立健全人力资源管理专业实践教学的保障机制。
企業對人力資源管理人纔的職業素質與覈心技能的要求髮生瞭很大變化,但是目前在培養專業性人纔時,很多高校存在課程體繫及課程內容結構不閤理、專業教學模式不成熟、教師實踐教學能力弱以及缺乏經驗等問題,導緻人力資源管理專業學生應用性不彊,不能滿足企業相應崗位的需求。高校應轉變教師教學觀唸,改變教學管理方式,建立健全人力資源管理專業實踐教學的保障機製。

ABstract:The requirement for the talentS of human reSource management haS greatly changed in the job quality and the core SkillS. At preSent,however,when cultivating the talentS of the Specialty in univerSitieS,there exiSt Some problemS in the unreaSonable SyStem and the content of the current curriculum. BecauSe of the immaturity of the teaching mode and the incompetence and inexperience of the teacherS,StudentS of HRM are weak in handling real buSineSS and they cannot meet the requirementS for the related poSitionS of enterpriSe. The teacherS in collegeS and univerSitieS Should change teaching concept,change the mode of teaching management and eStabliSh a Sound protecting mechaniSm for practice teaching of HRM Specialty.
