针对塑料导爆管拉制过程中出现的管壁厚薄不均匀及扁管、椭圆等质量问题,对塑料导爆管挤出装置结构进行了分析,发现存在本体内型腔过大、芯套与本体配合的长度尺寸过短等缺陷。通过改进设计解决了塑料导爆管拉制过程中的问题,提高了产品质量和生产效率。

Aimed at some quality problems of the current industrial plastic detonating cord during the drawing process, such as the uneven thickness of the wall and the flat or elliptical of the cross section, the extrusion device structure of the plastic detonating cord was analyzed. It has been found that the cavity of body was oversize and the overcoring was too short to combine with the body. The design of the extrusion device structure was improved, which solve the problems, and improve the product quality and production efficiency.
