设计了一种定量测试煤矿许用炸药抗爆燃性的检测技术,该检测技术采用样本容量n=6的小样本升降试验法,并统一采用黑火药作为主爆药卷。通过该检测技术对煤矿许用炸药及岩石型炸药进行了抗爆燃性能测试,结果表明:该检测技术适用于我国所有工业炸药的抗爆燃性测试,可以定量评价煤矿许用炸药的抗爆燃性,以及比较不同产品间的抗爆燃性。

In this paper, a quantitative analysis of detection technique on the anti-deflagration of permissible explosive was designed. The detection technique uses up-and-down method with a small sample size of 6, and black powder as the main explosive volume. By the detection technique, the anti-deflagration of permissible explosive and rocky explosive was tested. The results show that this technology is feasible to test the anti-deflagration of all of the industrial explosives, and can evaluates the anti-deflagration of permissible explosive quantitatively, then the difference between different products can be obtained.
