为探讨油类杂质对高温高浓度硝酸铵溶液安定性的影响,对柴油、复合蜡两种易混入的油类杂质与硝酸铵溶液的混合体系进行热分析,并对比分析不同杂质含量的混合体系的热力学参数。结果表明:油类物质可以降低高温高浓度硝酸铵溶液表观活化能和自反应起始温度,破坏硝酸铵溶液的热稳定性;两种油类物质在高低温状态热分解反应机理不同,油类物质对高温高浓度的硝酸铵溶液有“催化”作用,在生产运输过程中应避免油类物质的混入。
為探討油類雜質對高溫高濃度硝痠銨溶液安定性的影響,對柴油、複閤蠟兩種易混入的油類雜質與硝痠銨溶液的混閤體繫進行熱分析,併對比分析不同雜質含量的混閤體繫的熱力學參數。結果錶明:油類物質可以降低高溫高濃度硝痠銨溶液錶觀活化能和自反應起始溫度,破壞硝痠銨溶液的熱穩定性;兩種油類物質在高低溫狀態熱分解反應機理不同,油類物質對高溫高濃度的硝痠銨溶液有“催化”作用,在生產運輸過程中應避免油類物質的混入。

In order to study the effect of oil substances on the stability of NH 4NO3 with high temperature and high concentration, thermal analysis for 95% NH4NO3 solution with different content of diesel and compound wax were carried out, by C80 micro thermal instrument in closed environment, as well as the thermal parameters of the mixture with different oil substance were compared. Research shows that oils can make theEa andTonset lower than those of 95% NH4NO3 solution, it also make damage to the thermal stability of ammonium nitrate solution. The solution with different oil substance has different thermal decomposition reaction mechanism in different temperature, oil material has the catalytic effect. During the process of production and transportation, it should be avoided to mix with oily materials.
