据国内外近海含煤岩系层序地层学研究成果,运用基准面正弦式变化和衡定泥炭堆积速率,图解不同可容纳空间条件下泥炭堆积特征,认为可容纳空间与泥炭堆积相互作用决定泥炭堆积和终止时间点、泥炭堆积持续时段及有利时期,理论上,任何体系域都有形成区域广泛分布煤层的可能。气候条件是衡量泥炭生长速率的指标,地下水位决定了泥炭堆积的潜在有效可容纳空间。

Abatract:According to analyses of these previous Chinese and worldwide study results with respect to sequence stra-tigraphy of paralic coal-bearing strata,the sinusoidal base-level and invariable rates of peat accumulation, we illustrate the characteristics of peat accumulation under different rates of accommodation,which reveals that the interplay between accommodation and peat accumulation determines the times of accumulating and terminating peat and duration and pref-erable time of peat accumulation.Hence,the regionally extensive coal seams may occur in any system tracts for theoreti-cal analyses.Climate is a very important factor for evaluating rate of peat production and the groundwater table deter-mines the potential accommodation for peat accumulation.
