阐明本研究是深入实施素质教育、满足社会多样化人才需求、促进高等医学院校发展的必然要求，在综述国内外多样化人才培养教学管理现状和需求的基础上，从指导思想、设计原则、主要框架、管理体制、运行机制五个方面，设计了多样化医学人才培养的教学管理模式，能够为新时期高等医学院校多样化医学人才培养的教学管理改革提供借鉴和参考。
천명본연구시심입실시소질교육、만족사회다양화인재수구、촉진고등의학원교발전적필연요구，재종술국내외다양화인재배양교학관리현상화수구적기출상，종지도사상、설계원칙、주요광가、관리체제、운행궤제오개방면，설계료다양화의학인재배양적교학관리모식，능구위신시기고등의학원교다양화의학인재배양적교학관리개혁제공차감화삼고。
Clarified that the study is to meet the inevitable requirement for the further implementation of quality education ,the variously social requirement for talents and the development of Medical colle‐ges and Universities ,summarized the status and demand of the teaching management for various tal‐ents in domestic and foreign ,and from the five aspects of guiding ideology ,design principle ,frame‐work ,management system ,and the mechanism of operation ,designed a teaching management for va‐rious medical personnel training ,in order to provide reference for the teaching management reform in the new period ,for various medical talents cultivation in higher medical colleges and universities .
