针对当前经济社会和医药产业发展对具有实践创新能力的应用型药学人才的需求，作者对徐州医学院药学院药物制剂教育中存在的问题进行分析，并结合专业特点，在药物制剂专业实践教学中引入“校企合作”，以探索实践创新型人才培养模式。实践证明，校企合作培养药物制剂人才是充分利用校企双方优势，提升人才培养质量的有益举措。

Development of economic society and pharmaceutical industry requires the pharmaceutical preparations talents with practical innovation ability .To explore the establishment of innovation and practice training system on pharmaceutical preparation specialty ,we analyzed the problems existing in pharmaceutical preparation specialty education ,and then adopted the college‐enterprise cooperation mode for practice teaching reformation by combining with the pharmaceutical preparations special characteristics .The practice proves that the college‐enterprise cooperation mode could make full use of the advantages of both sides and improve the quality of talent cultivation .
