通过分析职业教育与地方的“粘度”,剖析当前校地合作存在的“雾区”,构建校地合作的路径,指出职业教育校地合作应从战略上实施“学校与政府对接,专业与企业对接,师生与农村家庭对接”宏观、中观、微观三个层面的对接,开发“政府,学校,企业,学生”四方主体的内在驱动,开展“低、小、微”合作。
通過分析職業教育與地方的“粘度”,剖析噹前校地閤作存在的“霧區”,構建校地閤作的路徑,指齣職業教育校地閤作應從戰略上實施“學校與政府對接,專業與企業對接,師生與農村傢庭對接”宏觀、中觀、微觀三箇層麵的對接,開髮“政府,學校,企業,學生”四方主體的內在驅動,開展“低、小、微”閤作。
통과분석직업교육여지방적“점도”,부석당전교지합작존재적“무구”,구건교지합작적로경,지출직업교육교지합작응종전략상실시“학교여정부대접,전업여기업대접,사생여농촌가정대접”굉관、중관、미관삼개층면적대접,개발“정부,학교,기업,학생”사방주체적내재구동,개전“저、소、미”합작。
By analyzing the “adhesiveness”between vocational education and locality,and the “fog zone”in their cooperation,the paper will propose the way to construct the cooperation between college and locality pointing out that the cooperation should strategically implement three dockings from macro,middle and micro levels,which are “the docking between college and government,specialty and enterprise,teacher&student and rural family”and conduct “low,small and micro”cooperation by developing the internal powers of government,college,enterprise and students.
