将转炉细灰用于转底炉直接还原含碳球团造球试验。结果表明,转炉细灰对提高球团抗压强度和落下强度有一定效果,但要想获得理想的球团强度,须达到一定的添加量;添加一定量的转炉细灰,可以提高含碳球团的还原速率和金属化球团的T Fe、M Fe含量;用转炉细灰调节渣相碱度,在还原温度为1450℃时可实现渣铁良好分离,其脱硫效果好于同碱度下的石灰石。
將轉爐細灰用于轉底爐直接還原含碳毬糰造毬試驗。結果錶明,轉爐細灰對提高毬糰抗壓彊度和落下彊度有一定效果,但要想穫得理想的毬糰彊度,鬚達到一定的添加量;添加一定量的轉爐細灰,可以提高含碳毬糰的還原速率和金屬化毬糰的T Fe、M Fe含量;用轉爐細灰調節渣相堿度,在還原溫度為1450℃時可實現渣鐵良好分離,其脫硫效果好于同堿度下的石灰石。
장전로세회용우전저로직접환원함탄구단조구시험。결과표명,전로세회대제고구단항압강도화락하강도유일정효과,단요상획득이상적구단강도,수체도일정적첨가량;첨가일정량적전로세회,가이제고함탄구단적환원속솔화금속화구단적T Fe、M Fe함량;용전로세회조절사상감도,재환원온도위1450℃시가실현사철량호분리,기탈류효과호우동감도하적석회석。
Experimental research on direct reduced carbon‐contained pellets using BOF fine dust in RHF was presented . Results show that BOF fine dust is effective in improving the compressive strength and dropping strength of composite pellets ,but the ideal pellet strength can be achieved until BOF fine dust reaches a certain addition .The addition of BOF fine dust can accelarate the reduction of carbon‐contained pellets and increase the contents of TFe and MFe in the metallized pellets .Through adjusting the slag alkalinity by BOF fine dust ,the slag‐iron composite can be effectively separated at the reduction temperature of 1450 ℃ ,and the desulfurization effect of BOF fine dust is better than that of limestone at the same basicity .
