结合现场轧制工艺条件,采用大型非线性有限元软件对大规格轴承钢棒材连轧工艺进行数值模拟,主要分析大规格轴承钢棒材在热连轧过程中各道次等效应变场和轧制力分布情况。结果表明,大规格轴承钢棒材在各道次轧制过程中的变形区域主要集中在轧件的表层,芯部等效应变较小;各道次之间轧制力急剧变化不利于轧制工艺的改善,同时也会对轧制设备提出更高的要求;各道次轧制力分布不均匀主要是由现场轧制工艺规程中各道次轧件压下量分配不当造成的。
結閤現場軋製工藝條件,採用大型非線性有限元軟件對大規格軸承鋼棒材連軋工藝進行數值模擬,主要分析大規格軸承鋼棒材在熱連軋過程中各道次等效應變場和軋製力分佈情況。結果錶明,大規格軸承鋼棒材在各道次軋製過程中的變形區域主要集中在軋件的錶層,芯部等效應變較小;各道次之間軋製力急劇變化不利于軋製工藝的改善,同時也會對軋製設備提齣更高的要求;各道次軋製力分佈不均勻主要是由現場軋製工藝規程中各道次軋件壓下量分配不噹造成的。
결합현장알제공예조건,채용대형비선성유한원연건대대규격축승강봉재련알공예진행수치모의,주요분석대규격축승강봉재재열련알과정중각도차등효응변장화알제력분포정황。결과표명,대규격축승강봉재재각도차알제과정중적변형구역주요집중재알건적표층,심부등효응변교소;각도차지간알제력급극변화불리우알제공예적개선,동시야회대알제설비제출경고적요구;각도차알제력분포불균균주요시유현장알제공예규정중각도차알건압하량분배불당조성적。
In the light of rolling process conditions ,continuous rolling process of large size bearing steel bar was numerically simulated by the advanced nonlinear finite element analysis software .The e‐quivalent strain and rolling force distribution of the steel bar in all passes of hot continuous rolling were analyzed .Results show that the deformation regions of the steel bar at all rolling passes is main‐ly located on the surface of the rolled piece ,and the equivalent strain in the core of the rolled bar is smaller .Dramatic changes of rolling force between each pass are unfavorable to the improvement of rolling process ,and this results in the higher demand for the performance of rolling equipment .The uneven distribution of rolling forces in all passes is caused by the misallocation of the rolling reduction in all passes during the actual rolling process .
