在热力学计算的基础上,对某厂钙处理前后的汽车大梁钢LG510进行取样研究,探讨钙处理对汽车大梁钢L G510夹杂物的影响。结果表明,钙处理后钢中A l2 O 3夹杂物得到有效变性,夹杂物的数量明显减少,夹杂物尺寸也明显减小,夹杂物形状更加规则;钢液相线温度为1873 K 、钢中w[Al]为0.028%时,钢中w[O]、w[Ca]分别控制在2.8×10-6~11.5×10-6、0.14×10-6~7×10-6范围内,Al2 O3夹杂变性效果良好;同时将钢中 w[S]控制在0.011%以下,既可生成液态铝酸钙夹杂物,也可减少CaS夹杂生成。

재열역학계산적기출상,대모엄개처리전후적기차대량강LG510진행취양연구,탐토개처리대기차대량강L G510협잡물적영향。결과표명,개처리후강중A l2 O 3협잡물득도유효변성,협잡물적수량명현감소,협잡물척촌야명현감소,협잡물형상경가규칙;강액상선온도위1873 K 、강중w[Al]위0.028%시,강중w[O]、w[Ca]분별공제재2.8×10-6~11.5×10-6、0.14×10-6~7×10-6범위내,Al2 O3협잡변성효과량호;동시장강중 w[S]공제재0.011%이하,기가생성액태려산개협잡물,야가감소CaS협잡생성。
The effect of calcium treatment on inclusions in the LG510 automobile beam steel samples before and after calcium treatment was studied based on thermodynamic calculation .Results show that after calcium treatment ,the number and size of inclusion in the steel are reduced evidently and the shape of inclusions becomes regular .When the mass fraction of aluminum in the steel is 0 .028%and the liquidus temperature of the molten steel is 1873 K ,the compositions of oxygen and calcium can be kept in the range of 2 .8 × 10-6 ~11 .5 × 10-6 and 0 .14 × 10-6 ~7 × 10-6 ,respectively .Al2 O3 inclusions in the molten steel are effectively modified after calcium treatment .When the mass fraction of sulfur in the steel is controlled below 0 .011% ,liquid calcium aluminate inclusions can be formed and thus the formation of calcium sulfate inclusions decreases .
