在连续挤压成形工艺过程中,变形温度是影响产品性能和工装模具寿命的关键因素。文章根据连续挤压的变形特征对成形过程进行分区分析,并基于能量平衡原理的变形方法,建立各区域的温度模型,构建了全过程温度预测模型,预测结果与数值模拟结果一致;以H62黄铜为工程实验材料,在连续挤压成形过程中,对挡料块和产品出口处进行温度测试。结果表明,温度模型预测值与实验测量值吻合良好。该温度模型可快速有效预测连续挤压成形过程中的温度分布,从而实现对产品性能及工装模具寿命的合理预测。

In continuous extrusion forming process ,the deformation temperature is the key to affect the product performance and die life .In this paper ,the continuous extrusion process was divided into six partitions according to the characteristics of the de‐formation ,and the temperature models of all the partitions for the whole process were built based on deformation work method . The predicted results were consistent with the simulation results .Using H62 brass alloy as experimental material ,the tempera‐tures of the abutment and the export of the product were tested for continuous extrusion process .By comparison ,the calculation results of temperature model are matched well with the actual measured temperature .The temperature model can be used in pre‐dicting the temperature field effectively and rapidly for the continuous extrusion forming process ,and then in forecasting the prod‐uct properties and the workpiece life .
