以GEW12DEM1T关节轴承为研究对象,基于ABAQUS平台建立关节轴承挤压装配过程的有限元仿真模型。基于模拟仿真的虚拟正交试验选取模具半径 R1,R2,收口半径 Ra ,定径带长度 h,挤压速度 v等重要成形参数,以内外圈最大接触压力 Fmax 、挤压力峰值 Lmax 、内外圈最大间隙与最小间隙之差 Mmax 、轴承端部金属流速均方差 SDV为衡量指标。结果表明,影响 Fmax , Lmax , Mmax , SDV 的因素主次顺序分别为 Ra > h> R1> R2> v , Ra> h> v> R1> R2, Ra> h> v> R1> R2, v > R2> h> Ra > R1;综合考虑轴承质量、挤压力等因素,获得了GEW12DEM1T自润滑关节轴承成形参数的合理取值范围 R2=17 mm~30 mm , R1=4.5 mm~5 mm , h=6 mm~6.3mm , v=20mm/s~40mm/s , Ra=13.9mm~14.2mm。实验验证结果表明,模拟及正交试验优化结果准确有效。
以GEW12DEM1T關節軸承為研究對象,基于ABAQUS平檯建立關節軸承擠壓裝配過程的有限元倣真模型。基于模擬倣真的虛擬正交試驗選取模具半徑 R1,R2,收口半徑 Ra ,定徑帶長度 h,擠壓速度 v等重要成形參數,以內外圈最大接觸壓力 Fmax 、擠壓力峰值 Lmax 、內外圈最大間隙與最小間隙之差 Mmax 、軸承耑部金屬流速均方差 SDV為衡量指標。結果錶明,影響 Fmax , Lmax , Mmax , SDV 的因素主次順序分彆為 Ra > h> R1> R2> v , Ra> h> v> R1> R2, Ra> h> v> R1> R2, v > R2> h> Ra > R1;綜閤攷慮軸承質量、擠壓力等因素,穫得瞭GEW12DEM1T自潤滑關節軸承成形參數的閤理取值範圍 R2=17 mm~30 mm , R1=4.5 mm~5 mm , h=6 mm~6.3mm , v=20mm/s~40mm/s , Ra=13.9mm~14.2mm。實驗驗證結果錶明,模擬及正交試驗優化結果準確有效。
이GEW12DEM1T관절축승위연구대상,기우ABAQUS평태건립관절축승제압장배과정적유한원방진모형。기우모의방진적허의정교시험선취모구반경 R1,R2,수구반경 Ra ,정경대장도 h,제압속도 v등중요성형삼수,이내외권최대접촉압력 Fmax 、제압력봉치 Lmax 、내외권최대간극여최소간극지차 Mmax 、축승단부금속류속균방차 SDV위형량지표。결과표명,영향 Fmax , Lmax , Mmax , SDV 적인소주차순서분별위 Ra > h> R1> R2> v , Ra> h> v> R1> R2, Ra> h> v> R1> R2, v > R2> h> Ra > R1;종합고필축승질량、제압력등인소,획득료GEW12DEM1T자윤활관절축승성형삼수적합리취치범위 R2=17 mm~30 mm , R1=4.5 mm~5 mm , h=6 mm~6.3mm , v=20mm/s~40mm/s , Ra=13.9mm~14.2mm。실험험증결과표명,모의급정교시험우화결과준학유효。
An applicable and reliable FE model for the extrusion assembly process for GEW12DEM1T spherical plain bearings was developed under the ABAQUS software environment .And the effects of forming parameters ,viz .,die radius R1 、 R2 ,conver‐gent radius Ra , sizing belt length h ,ram speed v , on the peak contact pressure of billet Fmax ,the peak extrusion load of billet Lmax ,the peak difference between the maximum clearance and minimum clearance Mmax and the uniformity of flow rate at die ex‐port SDV were investigated using virtual orthogonal experiment based on the developed FE model .The results show that the or‐der of the forming parameters' significance on Fmax , Lmax , Mmax and SDV are Ra > h> R1 > R2 > v , Ra > h> v> R1 > R2 , Ra> h> v> R1 > R2 and v> R2 > h> Ra> R1 ,respectively .Comprehensively considering the quality of the spherical plain bearings and the extrusion load ,we pointed out that the reasonable ranges of the forming parameters are as follows:R2 =17mm~30mm , R1 =4.5mm~5mm ,h=6mm~6.3mm ,v=20mm/s~40mm/s ,Ra=13.9mm~14.2mm .The verifying experiment shows that the results of the numerical simulation and the virtual orthogonal experiments were accurate and effectual .
