石油企业思想政治工作在企业改革发展中是不可或缺的。石油企业只有加强思想政治工作，才能确保企业稳定和谐可持续发展。思想政治工作在石油企业发展中具有重要作用：一是确保我国石油战略安全，促进企业科学发展；二是促进企业文化形成，增强企业的凝聚力；三是帮助企业形成核心价值观，提升企业核心竞争力。
石油企業思想政治工作在企業改革髮展中是不可或缺的。石油企業隻有加彊思想政治工作，纔能確保企業穩定和諧可持續髮展。思想政治工作在石油企業髮展中具有重要作用：一是確保我國石油戰略安全，促進企業科學髮展；二是促進企業文化形成，增彊企業的凝聚力；三是幫助企業形成覈心價值觀，提升企業覈心競爭力。
석유기업사상정치공작재기업개혁발전중시불가혹결적。석유기업지유가강사상정치공작，재능학보기업은정화해가지속발전。사상정치공작재석유기업발전중구유중요작용：일시학보아국석유전략안전，촉진기업과학발전；이시촉진기업문화형성，증강기업적응취력；삼시방조기업형성핵심개치관，제승기업핵심경쟁력。
At present our country is in a new period of rapid development,ideological and political work in the administra-tion and personnel management of petroleum enterprises is indispensable.Petroleum enterprises must strengthen the ideolog-ical and political work in order to ensure the stability and harmony of sustainable development.The ideological and political work plays an important role in the development of petroleum enterprises:to ensure the strategic oil security of China and pro-mote the scientific development of enterprises;to promote the formation of enterprise culture and enhance the cohesion of en-terprise production;to help enterprises form the core values and enhance the core competitiveness.
