研究生教育质量保障体系在研究生教育系统“内卷化”的背景下，日益显现出复杂性的组织特征。基于系统的复杂性，研究生教育质量保障体系的构建要做到主体的多元协同与质量问责相结合、客体的多层次性和系统优化相结合，同时还应注重保障环境的内外兼修。

Under the background of “involution” of the graduate education system in China ,the graduate education quality assurance system is becoming increasingly complex in its organization .In light of its complexity ,the graduate education quality assurance system must be one that well coordinates its various internal components with full accountability ,combines multiple external parts with an optimized framework ,and operates effectively in an environment of governance .
