在跨文化背景下，参与西部计划的大学生志愿者具备一种类似于救世主的身份和角色，他们对此也加以认同，所以他们普遍具有一种“救世主心态”。救世主心态由于脱离了现实而造成诸多不良后果。大学生志愿者应放下救世主心态，并根据当地社会的期待做好志愿服务。
在跨文化揹景下，參與西部計劃的大學生誌願者具備一種類似于救世主的身份和角色，他們對此也加以認同，所以他們普遍具有一種“救世主心態”。救世主心態由于脫離瞭現實而造成諸多不良後果。大學生誌願者應放下救世主心態，併根據噹地社會的期待做好誌願服務。
재과문화배경하，삼여서부계화적대학생지원자구비일충유사우구세주적신빈화각색，타문대차야가이인동，소이타문보편구유일충“구세주심태”。구세주심태유우탈리료현실이조성제다불량후과。대학생지원자응방하구세주심태，병근거당지사회적기대주호지원복무。
Under the bacKground of the cross-culture,college students who participate in the project of college student volunteers to serve the Western China have the savior’s mentality,because they own an identity and role that is similar to savior. And they identify with it themselves. The savior’s mentality that is divorcing from the reality leads to a lot of negative effects. College student volunteers must abandon the savior’s mentality and carry out the college student volunteers’service,catering to the expectation of the local society.
