在全球化背景下，我国对国际化外语人才的需求愈加迫切。对戈鲲化、陈季同、辜鸿铭、林语堂等近现代中西文化交流典范人物的成长历程和共同特征进行细致考察和总结，在此基础上思考和探讨中西文化交流典范对当今国际化外语人才培养的启示作用。
在全毬化揹景下，我國對國際化外語人纔的需求愈加迫切。對戈鯤化、陳季同、辜鴻銘、林語堂等近現代中西文化交流典範人物的成長歷程和共同特徵進行細緻攷察和總結，在此基礎上思攷和探討中西文化交流典範對噹今國際化外語人纔培養的啟示作用。
재전구화배경하，아국대국제화외어인재적수구유가박절。대과곤화、진계동、고홍명、림어당등근현대중서문화교류전범인물적성장역정화공동특정진행세치고찰화총결，재차기출상사고화탐토중서문화교류전범대당금국제화외어인재배양적계시작용。
Under the background of globalization, it is urgent for international talents of foreign languages to China. Based on an investigation and a summary of the lifelong development and common traits of such paragons in modern Chinese-Western cultural communication as Ge Kunhua, Chen Jitong, Gu Hongming and Lin Yutang, some implications for cultivating of international talents of foreign languages in today’s China are discussed and proposed.
