国家图书馆藏公文纸本《魏书》纸背元代文献，是目前继黑水城元代文献之后数量最多、内容最为丰富的元代一手文献资料。该文献中编号为GT[W：16·39]、GT[W：16·40]的两件文书实为一件，其性质为杭州路向江南浙西道肃政廉访司汇报该路东北录事司孤老健康状况等的呈状。文书反映出元代杭州路孤老的收养时间在50岁左右，实施查勘孤老健康状况者为坊正。文书又证实了元朝后期杭州路复置四隅录事司情况的存在。

The Wei Shu backing Yuan Dynasty manuscripts of National Library, is the largest number and the most abundant information Yuan Dynasty manuscripts following the Khara-Khoto Manuscripts. The GT[W:16·39] and GT[W:16·40] is one document, it is the ChengZhuang of HangZhou Road reports to Jiangnan Zhexidao Suzheng Lianfang Si about northeast Lushisi single aged health. The documents reflect the Yuan Dynasty Hangzhou Road single aged adoption time at fifty, and Fangzheng is the investigator for the single aged health. The documents confirm that Hangzhou Road reset the four directions Lushisi in the late Yuan Dynasty.
