钦州学院服务地方实现自身办学能力提高的办学实践昭示：只有服务地方、融入地方，地方高校才能得到不断发展；以服务求发展、以“为”求“位”是地方高校立校之根本。钦州学院转型发展要面对如“认识还没有完全到位”、“产学研合作广度和深度不够”、“转型发展资金短缺”等问题和困难。其路径与策略是：改革学校治理结构，顶层设计产教融合；对接产业构建专业群，深化产教融合发展；对接产业岗位搭建实践教学平台，创新应用型人才培养模式；以提升教学与科研能力为核心，加强高素质师资队伍建设；多渠道积极争取资金，保障转型发展顺利进行。

Qinzhou University ’ s school-running practice of making improvement with its service to local economy and society makes it clear that the foundation of local universities ’ status and development is its contributions and service .Confronting with the difficulties such as incompletely understanding , insufficient university-industry cooperation and capital shortage , Qinzhou U-niversity has to search multi-strategies for its smooth development .The strategies brings it guarantee including reforming govern-ance structure , deepening integrating development of industry and related major group ,innovating applied talents training mode by constructing practice teaching platform for industry post and enhancing teachers ’ synthetic abilities .
