目的:探讨64排螺旋C T扫描对结肠癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析36例经手术或结肠镜病理证实的结肠癌患者的CT影像资料,观察肿瘤的部位、大小、形态、周围侵犯及远处转移情况,判断肿瘤分期。结果:36例患者中升结肠15例,横结肠7例,降结肠5例,乙状结肠9例。病变CT表现为病变段肠壁局限性不规则增厚或环形增厚,管腔内外软组织肿块,局部管腔不规则狭窄,增强扫描病变部位明显不均匀强化,可见周围浸润及转移征象。结论:64排螺旋C T扫描能够较准确地显示病变部位、与周围结构关系、有无邻近器官侵犯及有无远处转移,对结肠癌的诊断及分期有重要价值,为临床手术方案的制定提供可靠的依据。
目的:探討64排螺鏇C T掃描對結腸癌的診斷價值。方法:迴顧性分析36例經手術或結腸鏡病理證實的結腸癌患者的CT影像資料,觀察腫瘤的部位、大小、形態、週圍侵犯及遠處轉移情況,判斷腫瘤分期。結果:36例患者中升結腸15例,橫結腸7例,降結腸5例,乙狀結腸9例。病變CT錶現為病變段腸壁跼限性不規則增厚或環形增厚,管腔內外軟組織腫塊,跼部管腔不規則狹窄,增彊掃描病變部位明顯不均勻彊化,可見週圍浸潤及轉移徵象。結論:64排螺鏇C T掃描能夠較準確地顯示病變部位、與週圍結構關繫、有無鄰近器官侵犯及有無遠處轉移,對結腸癌的診斷及分期有重要價值,為臨床手術方案的製定提供可靠的依據。
목적:탐토64배라선C T소묘대결장암적진단개치。방법:회고성분석36례경수술혹결장경병리증실적결장암환자적CT영상자료,관찰종류적부위、대소、형태、주위침범급원처전이정황,판단종류분기。결과:36례환자중승결장15례,횡결장7례,강결장5례,을상결장9례。병변CT표현위병변단장벽국한성불규칙증후혹배형증후,관강내외연조직종괴,국부관강불규칙협착,증강소묘병변부위명현불균균강화,가견주위침윤급전이정상。결론:64배라선C T소묘능구교준학지현시병변부위、여주위결구관계、유무린근기관침범급유무원처전이,대결장암적진단급분기유중요개치,위림상수술방안적제정제공가고적의거。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of 64-row spiral CT scan of colon cancer. Methods: CT images were retrospectively analyzed data of 36 patients with surgicaly or colonoscopy for colon cancer patients with pathologicaly conifrmed, observed tumor location, size, shape, violations of the surrounding and distant metastasis, determine tumor staging. Results: 36 patients, 15 cases of ascending colon, transverse colon seven cases, ifve cases of descending colon, sigmoid nine cases. CT lesions showed irregular thickening of the limitations of the lesion segment or ring wal thickening, luminal internal and external soft tissue mass, localized irregular luminal stenosis, the lesion was signiifcantly enhanced scan heterogeneous enhancement, visible signs of invasion and metastasis around. Conclusion: 64-row spiral CT scan can accurately display the lesion and its surrounding structure, with or without adjacent organ invasion and distant metastasis of colon cancer diagnosis and staging of great value for the development of clinical programs to provide reliable operation basis.
