目的:分析肺部高分辨率CT重组的临床应用价值,并与HRCT扫描图像进行对比,探讨能否替代HRCT扫描。方法:应用GELightSpeedpro16层螺旋CT扫描仪对80例肺部患者进行常规扫描,在常规扫描基础上行后处理HRCT重组,由3名有多年经验的放射科医生对HRCT重组像与HRCT扫描像进行对比分析。结果:两组比较采用秩和检验,结果显示P值(0.094)>0.05,差异无统计学意义。所有图像上在正常肺支气管、动脉、静脉等组织的显示图像相似,图像质量好,均为A级。A级率中,HRCT重组图像A级率(71.25%)高于HRCT扫描(60.00%),亦能在常规扫描及增强扫描上利用Batch模式进行后处理多平面重组,可弥补HRCT扫描的不足。HRCT重组明显缩短了扫描时间和降低辐射剂量。结论:肺部16层螺旋CT常规扫描后处理HRCT重组图像均近似或优于HRCT扫描像,且明显缩短了扫描时间和降低辐射剂量,可以替代HRCT扫描。

Objective: To assess the quality of high-resolution computed tomography(HRCT) algorithm images versus HRCT scan images, and to investigate whether the HRCT algorithm image can replace HRCT scan.Methods: Eighty patients with lung were routine examined with GE Light Speed pro16-slice helical CT. The HRCT algorithm images were reconstructed based on routine scan. Three senior radiologists evaluated al HRCT algorithm and HRCT scan images.Results: No difference was found in the identiifcation of CT ifndings of lung between HRCT algorithm and HRCT scan images, P(0.094)>0.05. In 80 cases, the quality of HRCT algorithm image was similar to that of HRCT scan in revealing normal bronchus, artery and vein and al images were excelent and grade A. HRCT algorithm images were beter than HRCT scan images in grade A and in multi-planar reformation, and to remedy for inadequacy of HRCT scan. HRCT algorithm could obtain shortened the scan time and reduced the radiation dose.Conclusion: HRCT algorithm of 16-slice helical CT scan could obtain high quality image, and shortened the scan time and reduced the radiation dose. HRCT algorithm can replace HRCT scan in 16-slice helical CT.
