十二五以来，大批长江航道工程建设开工，时间紧、任务重，同时国家对工程项目管理也更加规范和严格，打造平安工程意义重大，建设单位紧紧抓住长江航道工程水上施工为主的特点，分别从人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态两个方向出发，形成了一套有长江航道特色的管理体系，达到了良好效果。

Since the start of the 12th Five-Year Plan a large number of Yangtze River waterway engineering started construction which is characterized by the tight construction period and heavy tasks .Meanwhile the requirement by the Chinese government on the engineering project management is more standardized and rigorous so it s very important to guarantee the safety of engineering construction.The construction unit seizes firmly the main characteristics of the construction of the Yangtze River waterway engineering respectively from the unsafe aspects of people and materials and forms a set of management system.The management has achieved good results.
