抗日战争时期，随着各根据地的建立，农村的文化建设和发展成为各根据地巩固和发展的重要课题。各根据地的农村文化，以民主和抗日为主题，适应了全国占主导地位的抗战文化。抗战时期的各根据地农村文化建设，对打败日本侵略者、解放中华民族发挥了积极的作用，对当今社会主义新农村建设具有借鉴意义。
抗日戰爭時期，隨著各根據地的建立，農村的文化建設和髮展成為各根據地鞏固和髮展的重要課題。各根據地的農村文化，以民主和抗日為主題，適應瞭全國佔主導地位的抗戰文化。抗戰時期的各根據地農村文化建設，對打敗日本侵略者、解放中華民族髮揮瞭積極的作用，對噹今社會主義新農村建設具有藉鑒意義。
항일전쟁시기，수착각근거지적건립，농촌적문화건설화발전성위각근거지공고화발전적중요과제。각근거지적농촌문화，이민주화항일위주제，괄응료전국점주도지위적항전문화。항전시기적각근거지농촌문화건설，대타패일본침략자、해방중화민족발휘료적겁적작용，대당금사회주의신농촌건설구유차감의의。
W ith the establishment of the base areas, there are important subjects that the rural cultural con-struction and development to consolidate and develop the base areas of the present Anti-Japanese war.
