对负载模拟器系统进行建模,针对其存在的多余力干扰进行仿真分析,由于液压控制系统存在非线性的特点,故应用功率键合图建模理论,发挥其在非线性上的优势。通过试验结果及仿真结果对比,验证了多余力键合图模型的准确性。仿真与实验均表明:未经补偿的被动加载产生的多余力数值是巨大的,严重影响了加载系统的加载精度。研究结果为负载模拟器多余力的研究提供了理论基础。

The model of a load simulator system is established, and aimed at extraneous force existed in it is simulated with anal?ysis. For the nonlinear characteristics of hydraulic servo system existed, so power bond graph modeling theory was applied, so as to display its advantages on nonlinearity. By comparing test and simulation results, the extraneous force bond graph model accuracy was verified. Simulation and experiments show that the extraneous force generated by the passive uncompensated loading force is huge in a?mount, which seriously affecting the loading accuracy of loading system. The study result provides a theoretical basis for extraneous force simulation study of the load simulator.
