目的：探讨强化 A班职责的连续性连班制在责任制整体护理中的实施效果.方法将南京军区南京总医院肾脏科内科病房作为试点病区实施强化 A班职责的连续性连班制排班，调查实行新排班方式后患者感知服务、护士生活工作满意度及医护合作满意度.结果推行新的排班模式后，患者感知服务总体符合率为97．4％，护士生活工作质量总平均满意度为89．6％，医护合作总平均满意度为98．6％.结论强化 A班职责的连续性连班制排班模式有利于强化责任制护理，落实优质护理服务，提高患者与医护人员的需求满意度.

Objective To explore the implementation effect of emphasizing A shift responsibility in conti-nuity shifts scheduling model.Methods Selecting the ward of nephrology department in Nanj ing general hospital of Nanjing military command as pilot ward,and investigate patients’perceived service,nurses’ satisfaction of life and j ob and the degree of doctor-nurse cooperation after the implementation of new scheduling.Results The overall accordance rate of patients’perceived service was 97.4% and the average satisfaction of quality of nurse’work and life and doctor-nurse cooperation were 89.6% and 98.6%. Conclusion The continuous shifts scheduling model with strengthening the duties of A shift is good to strengthen the responsibility system for holistic nursing,implement the quality nursing and improve the satisfaction of patients,nurses and doctors.
