目的：探索颅脑外伤致伤原因及护理方法.方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2012年12月在解放军第401医院进行智商测定的259例颅脑外伤意识恢复者的临床资料，分析其致伤原因，总结护理干预措施.结果颅脑外伤致伤因素以交通意外伤为主，占80．7％；伤后6个月智力水平恢复依次为轻度低下(39．38％)、中度低下(31．28％)及临界状态(22．39％).结论伤后促醒与意识恢复后的护理干预措施可利于伤者的智力恢复.

목적：탐색로뇌외상치상원인급호리방법.방법회고성분석2007년1월지2012년12월재해방군제401의원진행지상측정적259례로뇌외상의식회복자적림상자료，분석기치상원인，총결호리간예조시.결과로뇌외상치상인소이교통의외상위주，점80．7％；상후6개월지력수평회복의차위경도저하(39．38％)、중도저하(31．28％)급림계상태(22．39％).결론상후촉성여의식회복후적호리간예조시가리우상자적지력회복.
Objective To explore the injury-related factors and nursing intervention of craniocerebral trauma.Methods From January 2007 to December 2012,clinical data of 259 cases of craniocerebral trauma recovery of consciousness in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The inj ury related factors and nursing intervention measurement were concluded.Results Craniocerebral inj ury-related factors were mostly the traffic accident injuries,which accounted for 80.7%;intelligence level recovery after 6 months of injury was mild low (39.38%),moderate low (31.28%)and the critical state (22.39%).Conclusion The nursing intervention measures to restore consciousness can be beneficial to the intelligence recovery.
