建立了HPLC法测定美耐皿餐具中三聚氰胺的方法。采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-10 mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠水溶液(冰醋酸调节pH至3.5)(15:85),流速为1 mL·min-1,检测波长240 nm,柱温为30℃。结果表明:三聚氰胺在5.0~37.2μg·mL-1浓度范围内,线性方程Y=5541.2X-29.381(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.40%, RSD为0.43(n=9)。该方法快速准确、灵敏度高、重复性好。

The determination method of melamine in melamine resin tableware by HPLC was established. A C18 column was used, with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-(10 mmol/L) sodium heptanesulfonate ( acetic acid to adjust pH to 3. 5, volume ratio of 15:85) solution, at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength of 240 nm and column temperature of 30℃. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5. 0~37. 2μg·mL-1. Linear equation was Y=5541. 2 X-29. 381 ( r=0. 9999 ) . The average recovery was 100. 40% and RSD was 0. 43 ( n=9 ) . The method was simple, fast and accurate, with high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
