建立了猪殃殃中绿原酸含量的HPLC测定方法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C185μm(250 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.04%磷酸(23:77);检测波长为324 nm;流速为1 mL/min;进样量为20μL;柱温25℃。经方法学考察,该方法线性关系、精密度、重现性和稳定性好。可快速、准确用于猪殃殃中绿原酸的含量测定。

The HPLC method for determination the content of chlorogenic acid in cleavers was established. The column was Diamonsil C18 5 μm (250 mm×4. 6 mm), the mobile phase was methanol -0. 04%phosphoric acid (23:77 ) , the detection wavelength was 324 nm, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, and the column temperature was 25℃. Through the methodology study, it had the characteristics of the linear relation of the method, precision, reproducibility and stability, which can be used identified Cleavers chlorogenic acid quickly and accurately.
