水汽pH值在电厂化学技术监督工作中是一项重要的指标。本文提出了电厂汽水系统中pH值测定存在的问题,并分析了水样温度对pH值测量的影响。同时指出了在电厂化学实验室中pH仪表对水样温度只进行了部分补偿,无法满足准确测量的要求。针对这些问题,对我公司的人工汽水取样系统进行了改进处理,从而得出了更为准确的pH值测定结果。

The pH value of the water vapor was an important indicator in a chemical technical supervision. The problem of pH measurement in steam water system of power plant was presented, and effect of temperature on pH value of water sample was analyzed. The pH meter in power plant chemistry lab only partially compensated for water sample temperature, unable to meet accurate measurement requirements. Aiming at these problems, manual steam water sample system in the company was improved, and a more accurate measuring result of pH value was achieved.
