采用湿法净化工艺,利用硫酸钙溶液吸收铝电解过程中产生的含氟烟气,对净化过程的主要影响因素如:含氟烟气流量、气液比、吸收剂浓度等进行了研究。实验结果表明:当含氟烟气流量为800 L/h,气液比为5:1,吸收剂浓度为1.53 g/L时,含氟烟气中氟化氢的吸收率可以达到99.22%,符合国家大气污染物综合排放标准。
採用濕法淨化工藝,利用硫痠鈣溶液吸收鋁電解過程中產生的含氟煙氣,對淨化過程的主要影響因素如:含氟煙氣流量、氣液比、吸收劑濃度等進行瞭研究。實驗結果錶明:噹含氟煙氣流量為800 L/h,氣液比為5:1,吸收劑濃度為1.53 g/L時,含氟煙氣中氟化氫的吸收率可以達到99.22%,符閤國傢大氣汙染物綜閤排放標準。
채용습법정화공예,이용류산개용액흡수려전해과정중산생적함불연기,대정화과정적주요영향인소여:함불연기류량、기액비、흡수제농도등진행료연구。실험결과표명:당함불연기류량위800 L/h,기액비위5:1,흡수제농도위1.53 g/L시,함불연기중불화경적흡수솔가이체도99.22%,부합국가대기오염물종합배방표준。
Using wet cleaning process, containing fluorine gas form aluminum electrolysis was absorbed by calcium sulfate solution. Main influence factors of purification process of fluoride flue gas flow rate, gas liquid ratio and the concentration of absorbent were studied. The experimental results showed that when the fluoride gas flow was 800 L/h, gas liquid ratio was 5:1, absorbent concentration was 1. 53 g/L, fluoride in flue gas hydrogen fluoride absorption rate can reach 99. 22%, which was conformed to the state comprehensive atmospheric pollutant discharge standards.
