在前期统计木醋液有机酸类成分组成的基础上,从木醋液酚类成分、木醋液多酚的提取和生物活性等角度综述木醋液多酚的研究现状。热解温度对木醋液总酚浓度有影响。采用pH值梯度萃取分离法可以获得木醋液多酚。木醋液多酚主要为儿茶酚、甲基儿茶酚、根皮酚等多酚类化合物。木醋液多酚具有抗氧化等生物活性,在医药、食品、化妆品等领域具有开发价值。

The research status of wood vinegar polyphenol was summarized from the perspective of wood vinegar phenol components, wood vinegar polyphenol extraction and bioactivity, based on the early statistics of wood vinegar organic acids composition. The pyrolysis temperature has an effect on wood vinegar total phenol concentration. Wood vinegar polyphenol can be obtained with the pH value of extraction gradient separation method. Wood vinegar polyphenol were mainly catechol, methyl catechol, phloroglucinol and other polyphenol compounds. Wood vinegar polyphenols have antioxidant activities, and had development value in the field of medicine, food and cosmetics.
